The hotel is fairly clean and reasonably spacious, has VERY AMIABLE staff and quiet location to move around the area properly. The units are modern, decent with bunk beds, smart TVs, for example. The breakfast was sensational, we really enjoyed a huge variety of meals.

The best brand-new hotel we ever visited before. We ate at a very nice restaurant with a great view. The service was absolutely very good.

had a fantastic stay at a boutique hotel in picturesque Klong Wan. The staff were helpful and accommodating, making us feel like VIPs. We loved the complimentary bicycles and the delicious breakfast. Can't wait to go back!

bathroom lacked a holding shower.

The hotel is located in a quieter part of Thailand with minimal traffic and not overrun with tourists. the beachfront property offers beautiful views and a private section of the beach facing the bay. the hotel is also close to good restaurants and is just a short ride away from an airforce base with a great museum and activities. Rooms are clean and modern with comfortable beds, HD TV channels, good air conditioning, and hot showers. Breakfast offers a huge variety of Asian style dishes and is included in the price.

Some staff members have limited English skills.

We loved the perfect location right by the sea, making it easy to swim at Ao Manao bay. the hotel staff was professional and helpful, arranging everything we asked for. the breakfast was good and the rooms were cleaned daily. Plenty of beachside restaurants and convenient shops nearby for restocking.

Felt like a relaxing home away from home, no reason to complain.

The location of this hotel was perfect for me, right on the beach with a private section facing the bay. The hotel facilities were also great, with a fantastic pool and bikes provided for transportation to nearby restaurants. The staff were really nice and were very friendly.
